Ultra Coilover kit for VW Golf Mk 6 (5K) 2008-2012

Details

The VW Golf Mk 6 (5K) 2WD sharpened up the winning formula of the previous generation VW Golf Mk 5, and the Stance+ Ultra Coilover Kit gives it the suspension to match. Gas-assisted damping, zinc-plated bodies, and up to 90mm of adjustable drop on the Hatchback and Estate, all designed and engineered in the UK.

The Ultra dampers are gas-assisted and oil-filled with FUCH damper oil, tuned around 25-30% stiffer than factory. The gas charge gives a more progressive damper response, translating to flatter cornering, less body roll, and sharper turn-in. NOK oil seals throughout for durability, chrome silicon springs shot-peened for added strength and powder-coated black to help prevent corrosion.

The VW Golf Mk 6 looks great sat nice and low, and the GTi and Edition 35 especially deserve a stance to match their performance. The Stance+ Ultra Coilover Kit fills the arches, tightens the handling, and sets the whole car up to drive as good as it looks. Whether it\'s a 1.2 TSi commuter, a 2.0 GTD or a full-fat 2.0 GTi, this kit is set up for the entire VW Golf MK 6 2WD range.

Fitting is a direct swap for your factory suspension, reusing your OE top mounts and bearings. New mounts and bearings are always worth fitting alongside for the best results. Professional installation and a full laser alignment reset are essential. Two C spanners and a pair of up-rated drop links are supplied. 2-year unlimited mileage warranty as standard.

Kit supplied with 55mm front struts.
