Ultra Coilover kit for SEAT Altea (5P) 2004-2015

Details

The Seat Altea (5P) Sportback sits on VAG's MQB platform, and like a lot of hot hatchbacks, it benefits massively from being lowered properly. The Stance+ Ultra Coilover Kit brings gas-assisted damping, zinc-plated bodies, and up to 90mm of adjustable drop, all designed and engineered in the UK.

The Ultra dampers are gas-assisted and oil-filled with FUCH damper oil, running around 25-30% firmer than the factory shocks. The gas charge gives a smoother, more progressive response through the damper stroke, which translates to less body roll, flatter cornering, and better composure at speed. NOK oil seals throughout for durability, chrome silicon springs are shot-peened for strength and powder-coated black to help prevent corrosion.

This kit is set up to handle both the standard 2WD Seat Altea Sportback and the four-wheel-drive 4 Motion, and it fits the taller XL variants too. Whether you run a 1.2 TSi commuter or the 2.0 TDi FR, the Ultra kit tightens up the whole platform and gives the Altea the kind of proportions it should have had from factory.

Fitting is a direct swap with your factory suspension. Reuses your OE top mounts and bearings, though we always suggest fitting new ones. Professional installation and a laser alignment reset are essential once fitted. Two adjustment spanners and a pair of shorter, heavy duty drop links are included in the kit.

Kit supplied with 55mm front struts.
