The Stance+ Proline Coilover Kit for the VW Transporter T32 (T5/T5.1) is our flagship suspension upgrade. Unlike conventional coilovers, the front struts are base-adjustable in length, shortening or lengthening the whole unit to hit extreme ride heights while keeping 100% damper travel intact. The T32 uses a unique bolt on style front strut, different from the T26/T28/T30 that uses a slide in and clamp style. Before ordering, please check your T32 is fitted with the twin pinch bolt on the front hubs.
What makes the Proline different is how it achieves its extreme lowering. Conventional coilover kits move the spring seat to lower the car, which reduces damper travel at lower ride heights and can lead to a harsher, more compromised ride. The Proline takes a different approach: the front strut body itself is adjustable in length, shortening or lengthening to set the ride height while always keeping 100% piston rod travel. You can run it seriously low and still have the full damper stroke working for you.
On the road, the performance improvement over factory suspension is significant. Gas-assisted, oil-filled FUCH dampers are set approximately 25-30% stiffer than standard and are 20-point damping adjustable, delivering flatter cornering, sharper turn-in, and noticeably better body control. NOK oil seals throughout ensure long-term durability, and the black powder coated damper bodies are built to handle whatever the British weather throws at them.
This kit features 20-point adjustable damping, giving you precise control over the damper's firmness. Wind it softer for daily comfort, firm it up for a track day or a spirited B-road blast. Twenty clicks of adjustment from full soft to full firm means you can dial in exactly the right setup for your driving style and road conditions, all without removing the kit from the van.
Lowered Transporters command serious attention, and the Proline kit allows you set up a lower, more aggressive killer stance. Engineered exclusively for the T5 T32 platform and the heavier 3200kg payload.
Fitting is a direct swap with your factory suspension, reusing OE top mounts and bearings. We always recommend fitting new top mounts as a precaution. Copper grease the threaded base and collars before fitting to protect the adjuster threads and ensure easy future adjustment. The kit uses the factory drop links, however our short universal kits can be used if needed. Have the kit installed by a qualified mechanic and get the alignment reset on a proper Hunter laser alignment machine. 2-year warranty as standard.
