The BMW X5 (G05) is one of the most-modified premium SUVs of the last few years, and the M50i and X5M cars in particular respond beautifully to being lowered.
The catch is that the X5 (G05) is fitted with factory air suspension, which means traditional lowering with shorter springs or coilovers is not really an option. Bolt them in to replace the fixed-length factory links and the X5 air system becomes adjustable, with up to 60mm of drop available, set by the millimetre.
Factory functionality stays intact. Comfort mode, sport mode, lift mode for steep driveways and speed bumps, and the adaptive dampers all carry on working exactly as BMW designed.
