Every adapter in the Stance+ range is CNC machined from billet T6061 aircraft grade aluminium and finished in anodised matt silver, chosen because it sits far more discreetly behind your alloys than the black finish used by many competing brands. Steel helicoil inserts are incorporated on most applications to provide additional thread strength and long-term reliability. The kit is supplied as a pair with all necessary adapter mounting hardware included.

At this width it is important to ensure you have sufficient arch clearance and that your suspension geometry is set up correctly to accommodate the additional track width. Also popular with very high offset Porsche wheels where brake caliper and inner arch clearance is essential.
The Stance+ PCD adapter bolts to your vehicle's wheel hub using the bolts provided. Your chosen wheels then bolt to the adapter using the original bolts that came with those wheels. The design means the adapter is completely hidden behind the wheel once fitted. It is important to check that your wheel bolts do not protrude through the back of the adapter before final assembly.
Clean the hub surface thoroughly before fitting, using a wire brush to remove any scale, rust or debris. Apply copper grease sparingly to the hub face to prevent corrosion and make future removal easier. Tighten all bolts progressively to the recommended torque specification. Stance+ recommends that all PCD adapters are installed by a qualified vehicle mechanic or trained vehicle technician to ensure a safe and correct fit.
Important fitment note: With 40mm adapters, it is essential to test fit against the back of the wheel before mounting on the car. The wheel bolts you are using may protrude through the back face of the adapter depending on bolt length and wheel design. If they do, the bolts must be shortened before use. Wheel bolts are not included in this kit. Maximum recommended torque for wheel bolts is 110 NM. If in doubt, please call us for advice.
