PLEASE READ THROUGH THE ADVICE BELOW PRIOR TO FITTING.

This applies to all types and sizes of our Stance+ PCD Wheel Hub Adapters Range.

1. Safely remove your wheel. The exposed wheel hub will need to be cleaned to ensure a dirt free, flat surface to mount the Stance+ PCD Wheel Hub Adapters. Clean the vehicles hub and mounting surface thoroughly. We advise removing any dirt or rust using a wire brush.

2. Test fit the Stance+ PCD Wheel Hub Adapters onto the back of the wheel and make sure the Stance+ PCD Adapter spigot ring fits correctly into the wheel centre bore. Our Stance+ PCD Adapter centre bores are car specific so should match perfectly to your new PCD alloy wheel and existing wheel hub.

3. After you have confirmed the centre bores are correct, brush a small amount of copper grease onto the back of the adapter. Place the Stance+ PCD Wheel Hub Adapters onto the vehicles hub and make sure it sits flush against the mounting surface and that there is no play or movement. Any dirt or debris left on the hub will cause wheel vibration. It is essential the wheel hub is free from dust, grit and debris and the Stance+ PCD Wheel Hub Adapters fits perfectly flush against the wheel hub.

4. Our Stance+ PCD Wheel Hub Adapters kits include the bolts that bolt the adapter to the hub. They do not include the wheel bolts needed to bolt your new PCD wheel to the adapter. The bolts being used must be no longer than 28mm as these could risk passing through the adapter and hitting the steel hub. Always test fit the Stance+ PCD Wheel Hub Adapters to the wheel before bolting the adapter to the hub. Make sure the wheel bolts you are using do not pass through the adapter. If they do, you will need shorter wheel bolts. This is important when fitting the narrower 15mm, 20mm Stance+ PCD Wheel Hub Adapters kits.

5. When fitting the Stance+ PCD Wheel Hub Adapters kit to the hub tighten the wheel bolts evenly in a star or crisscross pattern to ensure an even alignment and correct seating of the Stance+ PCD Adapters. This ensures the proper and correct installation of the Stance+ PCD Wheel Hub Adapters. Rotate the wheel prior to lowering the vehicle back down to ensure the wheel spins freely. If the wheel bolts are too long this can cause damage to the wheel drum or ABS ring on the back of the brake disc. (you may need to take off the hand brake to check). Torque the wheel bolts using a Torque wrench to manufacturer recommended settings. Do not use a compressed air gun. Re-torque after approx. 20 miles of driving.

6. IMPORTANT: We regret we cannot accept back for exchange or refund any Stance+ Wheel Spacers or Stance+ PCD Adapters that have been supplied correctly BUT have been test fitted or damaged. Fitted parts cannot be returned or refunded.
