Stance+ Street Coilovers VW Golf Mk 7 R Project Car
Welcome to our Stance+ Shop VW Golf Mk 7 R project car (2018-2021)
Purchased in 2018 this Golf Mk 7 R was super fun to drive. The car was bought from a dealer up in Edinburgh, Scotland. The drive back to Lancashire was really fun, head spinning with what we could do modification wise. We decided to go down the function over form root and set about transforming this into one of the fastest and best handling VW Golf MK7 R's on the road.
The Golf was fitted with one of our Stance+ Street Coilover Kits, lowered around 25mm from stock. H&R anti-roll bars and Powerflex bushes were fitted to sort the chassis and handling. Rotiform KPS wheels in Gloss/Matt black combo were fitted 18x9.5 on the rear and 18x8.5 on the front matched to Yokohama Neova tyres.
Revo supplied us with a full stage 3 conversion (500BHP+) which included, up-rated engine mounts, large intercooler, hybrid turbo. up-rated fuel pumps, Milltek downpipes and sports exhaust. We also fitted Racingline R600 intake, turbo elbow and turbo muffler delete. A P3 gauge was fitted to keep an eye on boost and fuel mixtures etc. The car recorded a 2.97 0-60 time. We had the car for 3 years and was one of the most fun cars we have owned.

2.0TFSi with Revo Stage 2 tune (Approx 500BHP+) DSG gearbox. Reflex silver paint.
Modifications:

- Maxton design front spoiler and side blades.
- All black plastics painted gloss black.
- Rotiform KPS wheels 18x9.5 rear wheels and 18x8.5 front wheels running Yokohama Neova 225/40/18 front and 235/40/18 rear tyres all round.
