Why Choose DPD: We have used various courier companies over the years and found DPD to be the best. We have used them now for over 10 years and 99% of the time their service and delivery times are flawless, with the majority of customers receiving their orders within 24 hours. In our humble opinion DPD are the most reliable UK courier service, with the best online tracking facilities and fastest delivery times. 

DPD offer regular pick ups from our shop and warehouse: We have two collections a day (Mon-Fri), one at 1.30pm and the last collection at 3.00pm.

Our cut off for next day delivery (Mon-Fri) is 1pm: We always try to get all online orders processed and shipped as fast as we can. We are usually picking and packing customers orders right up to the last collection at 3.00pm.

We regularly have customers that order late afternoon and receive their order the very next day.

Orders placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day with DPD: Delivery is next-day for Mainland UK and 48 hours for N Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles..

Tracking And Proof Of Delivery: All stocked items are shipped with a DPD tracked service, GPS logged and proof of delivery picture is taken upon delivery.

Saturday Delivery: This can be arranged. However we never guarantee delivery. Please contact us directly to organise this.

We use DPD for all our shipping, tracking can be accessed through the Track Your Order page or if you prefer give us a call, and we can give you the details over the phone.

The easiest way to get tracking text to your phone is to include your mobile phone number on your order. DPD tracking will then be automatically texted to you giving a 1hr delivery window on the day of delivery.

What happens if you are not in for delivery? Download the DPD App and set up a "safe place" so the delivery can be left safe and collected on your return.
