How do PCD Wheel Hub Adapters Work?
PCD Wheel Hub Adapters allow you to fit wheels with different stud patterns, PCD’s and centre bores to your car. They are essentially a bolt on spacer machined with a new PCD and centre bore. They change your original car's PCD and centre bore to a totally different size and specification.
Please See Example Below: This is a Stance+ 20mm thick, 5x130 (71.6) centre bore PCD Adapter fitted to a 4x100 (57.1) centre bore VW Golf MK1 Gti.
The customer had sourced some BBS RS Split Rim wheels in a 5x130 stud pattern and wanted to fit them to his 4x100 VW Golf MK1 Gti.
How Do They Work? Stance+ PCD Wheel Hub Adapters bolt to your wheel hub using the bolts supplied in the kits. The new PCD wheel then bolts to the adapter using the new wheels original fitting bolts (not supplied).

We offer numerous PCD adapter combinations which many other manufacturers do not list. If you are unsure on fitments, please get in touch. Most of our PCD Adapters are available in 15mm-45mm widths depending on application.
All PCD Wheel Hub Adapters are sold in pairs so you will need to order two sets for a complete car kit.
Important: Using the smaller 15mm/20mm Stance+ Bolt on style PCD Adapter you may need to shorten the stock O.E wheel bolts if they have a thread length longer than 20mm. Failure to do so may result in you stripping the threads or buckling the spacer. Always test fit the adapters to the back of the wheel before bolting the adapter to your wheel hub; this will ensure the wheel bolts you are using do not poke through the back of the spacer. If they do, you will need to shorten the wheel bolts. If you are unsure, please call for advice.
Fitting Stance+ PCD Wheel Hub Adapters
When fitting the PCD Wheel Hub Adapters, you must first ensure the surface you are fitting the adapter to is clean and free from dirt and dust particles. We recommend using a wire brush to prepare the surface. Brush on a small amount of copper grease to prevent the adapter from dislocating when you fit the wheel and help prevent rust on the hub. Tighten the wheel bolts to the factory torque settings.
For safety reasons we insist that all our kits are fitted by a qualified vehicle mechanic or trained vehicle technician. Bolts torqued to factory specifications.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure you order the correct size of PCD Adapter for your car; we cannot accept returned PCD Hub Adapters once they have been fitted to a vehicle.
